Hot Fork Buffet Menu
(minimum order of 15 people)

• Stir fried pork with noodles, peppers, spring onions & sweet chilli sauce
• Chilli con carne served with rice
• Chicken a la king, tender pieces of chicken in white sauce with peppers, onions and
• mushrooms
• Salmon and asparagus pasta bake, topped with mozzarella cheese
• Vegetable korma with rice poppadum’s & mango chutney
• Chicken tikka with rice poppadum’s & mango chutney
• Seafood pie, topped with mashed potatoes
• Beef stew with root vegetables & herb dumplings
• Traditional meat lasagne
• Vegetable lasagne, layers of pasta, courgette, aubergine, mushrooms and broccoli
• Chicken parcels filled with sage and onion stuffing in a red wine sauce, sautéed potatoes
• and green beans
• Spicy three bean casserole with savoury rice
• Stir fried chicken with water chestnuts and bean sprouts in a yellow bean sauce with egg-
• fried rice
• Vegetable Noodles in a hoi sin sauce
• Beef meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce with spaghetti
• Cumberland sausages with creamy mash potato and onion gravy
• Cottage pie with carrots, peas, and gravy

The Hot Fork Buffet price includes delivery, cutlery wrapped in napkins, china plates, serving utensils and chafing dishes.

Staff will set this up for you and stay to serve the food from the buffet table. If you would like to hire them for longer or hire additional serving staff to serve drinks during the buffet, clear plates and generally look after your guests then this can be arranged at an extra cost.
